5. Use of the Player Account

5.1. In order to place bets on the Website, you must first register and open an account.

5.2. You may hold only one (1) account. Only one account per household, IP address, or computer is permitted. Attempting to open more than one account may result in all accounts being blocked or closed and all bets being voided. Any withdrawals, winnings, bonuses, or funds accumulated in a duplicate account will be forfeited and may be reclaimed by us, and you agree to return them upon our request. 5.8. It is prohibited to transfer funds between player accounts or to sell, buy, or transfer user accounts.

5.9. In certain situations, a bet or payment may be mistakenly confirmed by the system. In such cases, the Casino reserves the right to cancel incorrectly accepted bets or to correct them in accordance with the correct terms applicable at the time they were placed.

5.10. If a user becomes aware of an error or malfunction in the software, they agree not to exploit it. In addition, the user is required to immediately inform BetOnRed of the issue. Failure to do so entitles the Company to claim full compensation for any costs incurred as a result of the error or omission.

5.11. The Company reserves the right to withhold payments in the event of suspected or proven manipulation of the casino system. Any user who engages in manipulation or attempts to manipulate the system may be subject to criminal liability. 5.12. It is extremely important to keep your username and password confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out on your account. Any person who logs in using valid credentials will be considered the account holder. 6. Making Deposits

6.1. You may participate in games only if you have sufficient funds in your account.

6.5. The Company is not a financial institution and should not be treated as such. The user account does not accrue any interest.

6.6. Deposited funds will appear in the account within a reasonable time after the transaction is confirmed. Before any withdrawal, all previous deposits must be confirmed.

6.7. The Casino is not a currency exchange office and does not perform any currency exchange operations.

6.8. The Company does not accept payments made by third parties. Deposits must be made exclusively from a bank account, card, e-wallet, or other payment method registered in your own name. If a violation of this rule is detected during a security check, winnings will be confiscated and the deposit returned to the owner of the payment method. The Company is not responsible for funds lost as a result of using third-party accounts. The Company reserves the right to make a phone call to the number provided in the player’s account – this may be a mandatory part of the KYC procedure. Until full account verification is completed, withdrawals will not be processed. If the phone number is incorrect, incomplete, or false, or if the player does not answer, the Company may confiscate winnings and/or block the account. 7. Withdrawal Policy

7.1. The minimum withdrawal amount is EUR 50 or the equivalent in another currency. The maximum withdrawal amount depends on the selected payment method. If the requested amount exceeds the limit of a given method, the withdrawal will be processed in installments.

7.2. If, as a result of an error (technical, human, or otherwise), funds that do not belong to you are credited to your account, such funds remain our property and will be removed from the account. If you withdraw these funds before the error is detected, the amount will be considered a debt owed to us (without prejudice to any other legal remedies available). In the event of an incorrect credit, you are required to notify us immediately by email.

7.3. You acknowledge that funds are used immediately and that the Casino does not provide refunds or transaction cancellations. BetOnRed reserves the right to pay out large winnings in monthly installments.

7.4. We reserve the right to carry out verification upon the first withdrawal. Verification may include, among other things, copies of a passport, identity card, utility bills, or copies of cards used for deposits.

7.5. The player is responsible for providing true and authentic documents as part of the KYC procedure. False or forged documents may result in confiscation of deposits and potential winnings.

7.6. In order to make a withdrawal, each player must wager the deposited funds at least 3 times. This procedure is in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. The player is responsible for paying any taxes and fees arising from the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

7.7. The Website supports withdrawals via Original Credit Transfer (OCT) for Visa cards and Payment Transfer for Mastercard cards. Even in supported countries, we cannot guarantee that every card payment will be accepted, as banks may block transactions at their own discretion.

7.8. In the event that cryptocurrency is mistakenly sent to an incorrect network address (e.g. BTC sent to a BCH address), BetOnRed will not attempt to recover the funds unless the amount exceeds EUR 5000. In such a case, a fee of 0.1 BTC is charged for the recovery attempt. However, there is no guarantee that incorrectly sent cryptocurrencies can be recovered.

7.9. The operating currency of the Website is the euro. Therefore, for transactions in other currencies, the amount charged to your card may slightly differ from the value displayed during the transaction due to currency conversion applied by the bank or payment processor.

7.10. Withdrawal processing time may take up to 24 hours. After approval, the time required for the funds to reach you depends on the selected payment method.

7.11. You acknowledge that in exceptional cases, bank transfer withdrawals may involve additional fees charged by intermediary banks, over which the Casino has no control.

7.12. The maximum withdrawal for a player is EUR/USD 1,000 per day, EUR/USD 3,000 per week, and EUR/USD 10,000 per month, unless otherwise specified in the terms of a particular promotion. Exceptions may apply to players with a higher VIP level, at the Company’s discretion.

7.13. In the event of a win exceeding EUR/USD 15,000, the Casino reserves the right to pay out the funds in monthly installments of up to EUR/USD 15,000 each until the full amount is settled.

7.14. We reserve the right to implement additional verification procedures (KYC) when making deposits. This may include, among other things, a selfie with an identity document. Documents required for account verification (ID, payment systems, bills, etc.) must be provided in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. If the player is unable to provide such documents, the Casino may require video verification.

7.15. We reserve the right to make a phone call to the number provided in your account – this may be a mandatory element of the KYC procedure. Until full account verification is completed, withdrawals will not be processed.

7.16. You acknowledge that bank transfer withdrawals may, in rare cases, involve additional fees charged by intermediary banks – these fees are beyond the control of the Casino and usually do not exceed the equivalent of EUR 16.

7.17. We are not a financial institution; therefore, the player account does not accrue interest and we do not offer currency exchange services.

7.18. A withdrawal will be processed only after full verification of your identity and activity on the Website, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Even if you cancel your withdrawal request, the obligation to cooperate in the verification process remains in force.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1. Upon submitting a request for self-exclusion, the Casino will immediately close the relevant account and prevent further play on that account. We will make reasonable efforts to prevent the creation of new accounts; however, the player bears full responsibility for not opening additional accounts. The Casino is not responsible for any losses incurred on other accounts.

8.2. As a player, you may set a loss limit on your account (as well as other available limits).

9. Inactive Accounts

9.1. An inactive (dormant) account is an account in which the player has not logged in or logged out for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. If your account is deemed inactive, the Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of EUR 10 or the equivalent amount (or up to the account balance if it is lower), provided that the balance remains positive.

9.2. You authorize the Casino to charge this fee at the beginning of the month following the account being classified as inactive, and then monthly for as long as the account remains inactive. The charging of fees will cease when the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

9.3. Any costs associated with the procedure of returning funds shall be borne by the player.

9.4. If an account remains inactive for a period of 30 months, the account balance will be confiscated.

10. Account Closure

10.1. The User may close their account by contacting us at [email protected]. The Company will refund all funds held in the User Account. The refund method will be selected at the sole discretion of BetOnRed.

10.2. For security purposes and to prevent fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other abuses, BetOnRed reserves the right to re-verify the User’s identity during account closure. This may include requesting updated documents, conducting a video call (Skype/Zoom), confirming the source of funds, or providing a selfie with an identity document, even if previous verification has already been completed.

10.3. BetOnRed reserves the right to close the User’s account and refund the account balance (after deduction of applicable fees) at its sole discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason or prior notice.

10.4. You understand that by participating in games, you assume the risk of losing the funds held in your account.

11. Disclaimer of Liability

11.1. You are fully responsible for reporting and settling any taxes that may apply in connection with winnings obtained at BetOnRed, in accordance with applicable laws.

11.2. You understand that by participating in games, you accept the risk of losing the funds deposited into your account.

11.3. The Company is not liable for any damages and/or losses incurred by the player and/or third parties arising directly or indirectly from:

11.3.1. errors, mistakes, incorrect interpretation, omissions, reading errors, translation errors, technical malfunctions, transaction errors, technical failures, registration errors, obvious mistakes, or cancellation of a game for any reason;

11.3.2. force majeure;

11.3.3. violation of the Terms and Conditions by the player or a third party;

11.3.4. collusion and/or criminal actions by the player or a third party;

11.3.6. fluctuations in financial markets, including changes in currency exchange rates.

11.4. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable to the player for losses or damages arising from the use of the services or from failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions, if such losses or damages were not foreseeable by both the Company and the player at the time of entering into the agreement.

11.5. The total liability of the Company to the player for all losses related to any bet, regardless of the legal basis (contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty), shall not exceed the value of the bet that gave rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

11.6. The Company reserves the right to close an account and refund the balance to the user (after deduction of withdrawal fees) at its sole discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason or prior notice.

12. Anti-Fraud Policy

12.1. The Company applies a strict anti-fraud policy and uses various tools and techniques to prevent fraud. If there is suspicion that a player has engaged in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to: collusion with other players; fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment operators; chargebacks; disputing completed payments; creating multiple accounts; other forms of fraud; or declaring bankruptcy in the country of residence, the Company reserves the right to close the account and withhold all withdrawals. This decision is made at the sole discretion of the Company and the player will not be informed of the reasons. The Company may also report suspicious activities to the relevant regulatory authorities. 12.3. BetOnRed prohibits collusion between players and does not allow the use of bots or any automated devices to participate in games.

12.4. The Company does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a bank account, card, e-wallet, or other method registered in the player’s name. If a violation of this rule is detected during a security check, winnings will be confiscated and the deposit returned to the owner of the payment method. The Company is not responsible for funds lost when deposited from third-party accounts.

12.5. The Casino reserves the right to close an account and refund the funds held in the player’s account (after deduction of withdrawal fees) at its sole discretion and without the obligation to provide a reason or prior notice.

12.6. If an account has been funded by credit card, we reserve the right to process withdrawals in the form of refunds of completed transactions, up to the total amount of deposits made by card.

12.7. Before processing a refund, all bonuses and winnings will be deducted from the balance before the refundable amount is calculated.

12.8. If credit card transactions are deemed to pose unacceptable risk for security or legal reasons by the payment processor or the Casino, we will issue refunds to the card and notify the relevant institutions.

12.9. The Company also reserves the right to close accounts, withhold payments, and confiscate winnings if fraud related to sports betting is identified, such as:

a) cashing out real funds using the cashout function after wagering bonus balance;
b) placing very low-odds bets to disguise real-money play and complete bonus wagering;
c) repeating the pattern: betting on a favorite with real funds -> wagering the bonus.

12.10. You are required to provide all requested documents and information without delay, within fifteen (15) days from the date of the request. 12.11. Verification checks may be carried out repeatedly and on an ongoing basis at our discretion. We reserve the right to conduct checks without prior notice and without disclosing the results.

12.12. If you fail to comply with our requirements within the specified timeframe or do not meet quality expectations, you will be in breach of the Terms and Conditions. In such cases, we may confiscate your winnings, terminate the relationship, suspend payments, and apply other measures provided by law and the Terms and Conditions. 13. Refund Policy

13.1. You may contact our customer support department in accordance with the instructions provided on the Website to submit any comments or complaints regarding our services.

13.2. In order to process a refund request, you must provide the following documents:

13.5. If the account was funded by credit card, we reserve the right to process withdrawals in the form of refunds for transactions, up to the total amount of deposits made with that card. 13.6. Before a refund is processed, all bonuses and winnings will be deducted from the balance before the refundable amount is calculated.

14. Complaints
