1. WHAT IS SELF-EXCLUSION?
Self-exclusion is a process in which you can ask a gambling company to exclude you from using its services for a specified period of time – usually from six months to five years. This means that during this period you will not have access to services both at land-based venues and on websites from which you have been excluded.

Setting self-exclusion informs us that we must take all measures to block access to your account and ensure that you do not receive promotional materials. You can also contact our support team by writing to [email protected] and inform us of your decision to stop playing on betonred.com for a specified period of time or permanently.
We offer the option of self-exclusion to help you if you feel that your gambling is getting out of control and you need support to stop. At your request, we will prevent access to your account for the period you specify. We will also take all reasonable steps to prevent the creation of new accounts. After the self-exclusion period ends, your account will be reopened.
Please note that if you have been self-excluded indefinitely, the remaining balance will be paid out in accordance with the casino limits. If the self-exclusion applies to a specific period, the funds will be paid out in accordance with the casino limits only after it has ended.
Self-Exclusion Limit. You can set self-exclusion for 6 months, 9 months, or 1 year. After activation, your player account will be immediately disabled, and you will be excluded from all promotional offers for the specified period. During the limit period, you will not be able to make deposits or withdrawals. After it expires, the account will not be automatically reactivated.
If you wish to cancel self-exclusion before the end of the designated period, your request may only be considered after an internal review. Any cancellation of temporary self-exclusion will take place only after a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period from the moment the request is submitted.
You may also request self-exclusion for an indefinite period. If you wish to withdraw it, you can contact our Customer Support Department. Cancellation of indefinite self-exclusion will be applied only after a 7-day waiting period, after which the account will be reopened.
3. ENTERING INTO SELF-EXCLUSION IS A JOINT COMMITMENT BETWEEN YOU AND US.
We will take reasonable steps to prevent your account from being reopened or new accounts from being created with us. However, during the self-exclusion period you must not attempt to reopen your account or create new accounts within our network.
When activating self-exclusion, it is your responsibility to complete the process. You must confirm that you understand the rules of exclusion and then click the link leading to the page where you select the duration of the exclusion and confirm it by clicking the “confirm” button. You will then receive an email confirming the successful implementation of self-exclusion. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THIS PROCESS, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL REMAIN ACTIVE.
If you are unable to complete the automated process on your own, you must contact Customer Support and request manual application of self-exclusion, informing them that you attempted to complete the automated procedure. Please note that if you request assistance with self-exclusion via email, activation will not be immediate – we will inform you once the process is completed. After activation of self-exclusion, we will make every effort to ensure that gambling-related content does not reach you. However, we are not responsible for marketing materials sent by third parties over whom we have no control. Please note that if you accidentally receive marketing materials and decide to continue playing, or attempt to bypass the exclusion by creating and using new accounts, we are not obliged to refund any deposits, winnings, or other funds related to such activity.
Self-exclusion will also be applied if a user applies to the relevant regulator to be added to the register of excluded players, and BetOnRed receives an appropriate list of such players from the regulator.
