ACCOUNTS, WITHDRAWALS AND BONUSES

1. Accounts

1.1. In order to place bets and use the functionality of the Website, prior registration (creation of an account) on the site is required.

1.2. You may hold only one (1) account on our Website. One account per household, IP address, and computer is permitted. Attempting to create more than one account may result in the blocking or closure of all such accounts, and all bets may be voided. In addition, any refunds, deposits, bonuses, and winnings obtained during the activity of a duplicated account will be removed and may be reclaimed by us. These funds may be withdrawn from the duplicate account. If you wish to create another account, please contact customer support via email. Upon opening a new account, the previous one will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one account, you must inform us immediately – otherwise, access to the account may be blocked.

1.3. In the registration form, all required details must be provided, including a valid email address. Without a valid email address, we will not be able to assist in recovering a “forgotten password”. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is true, complete, and accurate.

1.4. During registration, you must set a username and password for logging in. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must not share them with anyone. The Casino is not responsible for any misuse of the account by third parties resulting from disclosure of login details – whether intentional or accidental.

1.5. To secure transactions, we use SSL encryption. All customer data is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties.

1.6. Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit. For example, if a deposit was made by credit card, winnings from that deposit must also be withdrawn to that card.

1.7. All information provided to the BetOnRed website during the term of this agreement must be correct, complete, and up to date. Any changes to personal details must be reported immediately to BetOnRed.

1.8. It is prohibited to transfer funds between player accounts or to receive funds from other users. This also applies to the sale, transfer, and acquisition of accounts.

1.9. It may occur that a bet or payment is confirmed in error. In such cases, the Casino reserves the right to cancel bets containing errors or to correct them by re-settling based on the correct prices/spreads/conditions that would have applied at the time the bet was placed without the error.

1.10. If the user notices errors or irregularities in the software, they undertake to cease using them and to report them immediately to BetOnRed. In the event of failure to comply with this obligation, the Company has the right to claim full compensation for costs arising from the errors or from the failure to report them.

1.11. The Company may withhold a withdrawal if there is suspicion of manipulation of the casino system. Persons manipulating or attempting to manipulate the system will face criminal consequences. BetOnRed may modify or remove games and events offered on the Website.

2. Withdrawals

2.1. The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 AUD or the equivalent in another currency, unless stated otherwise. The maximum withdrawal amount depends on the selected payment method. If the requested amount exceeds the limit of a given method, the withdrawal will be split into parts.

2.2. If funds are credited to your account that should not have been credited (for example due to a technical or human error), they remain the property of the Casino and will be deducted from the account. If you have already withdrawn such funds before the error was detected, the amount becomes a debt owed to the Casino. Any incorrect crediting must be reported to us immediately by email.

2.3. You acknowledge that funds are used immediately and that the Casino does not provide refunds or cancellations. BetOnRed may pay out large winnings in monthly installments.

2.4. We reserve the right to carry out a verification procedure upon the first withdrawal, including document verification (passport, identity card, utility bills, copies of payment cards).

2.5. The Player must ensure that the KYC documents provided are authentic. Forged documents may result in confiscation of deposits and winnings.

2.6. In order for a withdrawal to be processed, the player must wager the deposited funds at least 3 times. This is in accordance with AML procedures. The player is responsible for paying taxes arising from winnings in accordance with local law.

2.7. The Website supports withdrawals via OCT (Visa) and transfers to a Mastercard card. Please note that banks may, at their own discretion, block credit card transactions.

2.8. In the event of a cryptocurrency deposit being made to an incorrect address (for example BTC to a BCH address), BetOnRed will attempt to recover the funds only if the amount exceeds 5000 AUD. A fee of 0.1 BTC is charged, with no guarantee of recovery.

2.9. The internal currency of the service is the Australian dollar (AUD). In the case of transactions in other currencies, the amount charged by the bank or processor may differ from the displayed amount due to currency conversion.

2.10. Withdrawal processing may take up to 24 hours. After this time, the settlement period depends on the selected payment method.

2.11. Withdrawals by bank transfer may, in exceptional cases, be subject to additional fees charged by intermediary banks, over which the Casino has no control.

2.12. The maximum withdrawal amount is 1000 AUD per day, 3000 AUD per week, and 10,000 AUD per month, unless the promotion rules state otherwise. Higher limits may be granted to VIP players at the discretion of the Casino.

2.13. In the event of winnings exceeding 15,000 AUD, the Casino may pay out the funds in monthly installments of up to 15,000 AUD until the full amount is paid.

2.14. The Casino may apply additional KYC procedures, such as requesting a selfie with an identification document or another form of identification. Documents must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet; otherwise, video verification may be required.

2.15. We reserve the right to make a phone call to the number assigned to the account if deemed necessary. Withdrawals will not be processed until full verification is completed.

2.16. Withdrawals by bank transfer may be subject to intermediary bank fees of up to 16 AUD.

2.17. We are not a financial institution, accounts are not interest-bearing, and we do not provide currency exchange services.

3. Bonuses

3.1. All bonus offers are strictly limited to one bonus per: individual player and their family, residential address, email address, IP address, phone number, account number, credit or debit card, e-wallet, payment system account (Neteller, Skrill, etc.), and a single electronic device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.).

3.2. Bonuses are available to all players unless a given offer has restrictions for a specific country and the player is a citizen of one of those countries.

3.3. Abuse of bonus promotions is prohibited. In the event of abuse, the Casino may refuse to grant bonuses to the player and cancel all winnings obtained using bonus funds – both during wagering and after its completion.

3.4. The player must not engage in any unfair activities while playing with an active bonus in order to meet wagering requirements. In such cases, the Casino has the right to void all winnings.

3.5. Each bonus has a specified minimum deposit required to receive it, a maximum bonus amount limit, wagering requirements, a maximum bet limit during wagering, and a time limit for its validity, unless stated otherwise.

3.6. The default maximum bet during bonus wagering is: 5 EUR, 100 TRY, 7.5 NZD, 10 CAD/AUD, 100 CZK, 90 ZAR, 10 BGN, 40 DKK, 40 HRK, 25 RON, 50 NOK, 1950 HUF, 5 CHF, 10 AUD, 0.027 LTC, 0.00019 BTC – unless stated otherwise. This limit also includes doubling bets after a round and all bonus rounds (including purchased ones).

3.7. Winnings obtained from bonus funds may be withdrawn only after all wagering requirements have been met.

3.8. Unless stated otherwise, each bonus must be wagered 40 times before the funds can be withdrawn.

3.9. All bonuses are of a “sticky” nature, meaning that withdrawal is not possible before wagering requirements are fulfilled. Real funds are used first, and only then bonus funds. If bonus funds are lost, the bonus is forfeited.

3.10. The bonus is valid for 14 days from the moment it is credited, unless stated otherwise.

3.11. After the bonus validity period expires, if wagering requirements have not been met, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be cancelled.

3.12. The player may withdraw their deposit before meeting wagering requirements. In such a case, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be cancelled, and the remaining funds will be available for withdrawal.

3.13. The player may cancel any bonus as long as wagering has not yet begun – without losing their own funds.

3.14. Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined.

3.15. The player may refuse to accept any bonus from the Casino.

3.16. It is prohibited to postpone any game round – including free spins and bonus features – to a later time when wagering requirements have already been met and/or a new deposit has been made while bonus features are still active.

3.17. Not all games contribute fully to bonus wagering. Slots contribute 100% of the bet amount, except for the games listed below.

3.18. Bonus play is unavailable in certain games.

3.19. Original Casino games, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Live Games, standard Roulette, and Video Poker contribute 10% of the bet value.

3.20. Table games, Instant Win, scratch cards, live casino, jackpot games, show games, and the Buy Bonus feature contribute 0% of the bet value.

3.21. Winnings from bonuses are subject to additional checks before withdrawal is processed. The Casino may request verification of identity and payment method.

3.22. The Casino has the right to cancel all bonuses and winnings and confiscate funds in the account if they were obtained unfairly or in violation of these rules.

3.23. The Casino may amend or supplement these bonus terms at any time.

3.24. Using a bonus solely to advance through game bonus stages is prohibited. This includes situations where the bonus is used only to pass earlier stages (for example collecting 9 out of 10 coins), while the final stages (for example the last coin activating the bonus) are played with real funds. Winnings from such gameplay may be deemed invalid.

3.25. All bonuses are credited according to the CET time zone (Central European Time).

3.26. If the player is in a cooling-off period at the time of winning, the prize will not be awarded.

3.27. Bonus winnings are limited to a maximum of ten times the bonus amount.

3.28. The maximum winnings from any no-deposit offer are 250 AUD or the equivalent in another currency, unless stated otherwise. This includes, among others, no-deposit bonuses, no-deposit free spins, and cash rewards.

3.29. Some bonuses have a specified winnings cap, calculated by multiplying the bonus amount by the maximum multiplier. Example: if the bonus amount is 300 AUD and the maximum multiplier is 30, total winnings may not exceed 9000 AUD (300 x 30).

3.30. Maximum winnings obtained from bonuses are limited to ten times the amount of the bonuses used.

4. Welcome Package

4.1. All bonuses are available exclusively to players who have used the Welcome Package bonuses and fulfilled the wagering requirements. If you received an increased welcome bonus, you do not need to complete wagering requirements first in order to participate in other promotions.

4.2. To receive a bonus for the first/second/third deposit, the deposit amount must be at least 10 AUD or the equivalent, unless stated otherwise.

4.3. The maximum bonus amount for the first/second/third deposit is 150 AUD or the equivalent, unless stated otherwise.

4.4. Free spins granted to players may be used in the game Royal Joker: Hold and Win by Playson.

4.5. After making the first deposit, the player receives 50 free spins per day for the next 3 days.

4.6. The bonus is subject to wagering requirements that must be met before funds can be withdrawn. Detailed information is available in the Bonus Center section.

4.7. The maximum winnings from free spins granted for the first/second/third deposit are 50 AUD or the equivalent, unless stated otherwise.

4.8. The maximum possible winnings from free spins granted for registration only are 50 AUD or the equivalent, unless stated otherwise.

4.9. Each bonus included in the Welcome Package is valid for 7 days. Welcome Package bonuses are credited automatically to the player’s account and do not require promo codes. If a player uses a promo code to obtain a Welcome Package bonus, that bonus will not be granted.

4.10. Players from Finland are not eligible to receive any bonuses under the Welcome Offer.

5. Sports Betting Welcome Package

Eligibility and scope of the promotion

– The promotion is available exclusively to new players who register an account at BetOnRed.
– The welcome package applies only to the first three (3) deposits made by an eligible player.

Bonus structure

– First deposit bonus: 100% match up to 150 AUD (or the equivalent in other currencies).
– Second deposit bonus: 75% match up to 225 AUD (or the equivalent in other currencies).

– Each event in an accumulator bet must have minimum odds of 1.4.

Bonus funds and betting rules

– Bets placed using bonus funds must be settled before the funds are transferred to the real balance.
– Bets that are cancelled or settled using the “cash out” option do not count toward wagering requirements.
– All unused bonus funds and related winnings expire after the bonus expires.
– After wagering requirements are met, the bonus is automatically transferred to the real balance.
– If a player places a bet while a bonus is active and the real balance is insufficient, the bet will be placed using bonus funds.
– If the bet stake exceeds the available bonus balance, the missing portion will be taken from the real balance, and any potential winnings will be credited to the bonus balance.

General terms

7. Loyalty Free Spins

8. Sticky Light Bonus Rules

The bonus balance is divided into a real balance and a bonus balance. Winnings are credited to the part of the balance from which the bet was placed. Under this bonus, only bets placed using bonus funds count toward wagering – bets placed using the real balance do not count toward wagering.

The current wagering requirement amount increases only when the player uses funds from the bonus balance.

9. Reload Bonus

– The promotion is available to players who have made at least three deposits.
– To participate, the player must activate the appropriate bonus code and deposit the minimum amount specified on the promotion card in the “Promotions” section.
– The risk-free bet can be used only once during the promotion period.

10. Weekly Sports Cashback

12. Giant Risk-Free Bet
